Position Purpose/Summary

Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., located in Central and Southwest VA, is a large beverage distribution company seeking a full time qualified, dedicated individual as an Administrative Delivery Reconciliation Clerk to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm for the Salem Division. The person in this position will be primarily responsible for daily reconciliation of deliveries and check scanning for deposit, as well as other administrative functions.

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Wage Range: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly

Minimum Position Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, general accounting experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a team player.
  • Will cross-train on additional customer service tasks.
  • Must be available to work all holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
  • Preference for previous experience performing duties that require attention to detail and adherence to daily deadlines.
  • Blue Ridge Beverage has a zero-tolerance drug policy. Our pre-employment drug screen includes testing for the presence of THC.
