Enjoy an evening to remember with inspiring artwork, delicious cuisine and distinctive wines.

Guests begin the evening with an optional exclusive tour of our banner exhibition, POP! Power from Warhol to Koons, followed by an opening reception and guided, coursed dining experience with live music. Tasting notes for each course will be led by head chef and owner of Blue Ridge Catering, Mark Baldwin, and Biltmore winemaker Sharon Fenchak.

A bit about this year's winemaker:
"Sharon joined Biltmore in 1999 as assistant winemaker to veteran French winemaker Bernard Delille. She was promoted to winemaker in 2003. Before that, Sharon crafted wines for two different Georgia wineries. She holds an MBA from Western Carolina University, a master's degree in food science from the University of Georgia, a bachelor's degree in food science from Penn State University, and has served in both the US Army and the US Army Reserves."

Sparkling Reception with Amuse-bouche

1st Course:
Salad Lyonnaise: frisee and baby kale, warm bacon Dijon vinaigrette, Benton’s bacon lardons, crispy chicken skins, and sous vide poached egg

2nd Course:
Bouillabaisse: Sunburst trout, North Carolina shrimp, Virginia Clams, fennel, fingerling potato, onion, carrot and celery with rouille and baguette

3rd Course:
Steak Frites: sous vide beef shoulder tender seared with herb butter, triple cooked frites, roasted garlic and lemon aioli

4th Course:
Chocolate Pot de Crème: with hazelnut mousse, candied hazelnuts and espresso crumb

5th Course:
Gourmet Cheese Board

Dress: Jacket recommended, but not required.
