Enjoy an evening to remember with inspiring artwork, delicious cuisine and distinctive wines!

Guests begin the evening with a private guided gallery tour with exhibiting artist Joan Tanner, whose work has been featured in museums and galleries across the United States. Tanner's solo exhibition, NoTiNoRdeR, features her works on paper spanning three decades.

Following the guided tour, guests will transition to an intimate theater for a guided, coursed dining experience with live acoustic Spanish guitar music. Tasting notes for each couse will be led by head chef and owner of Blue Ridge Catering, Mark Baldwin, and third generation vineyard owner Pablo Rodriguez of Hispano Bodegas.

The dinner will feature Spanish fine wines presented by the vineyard owner; stay tuned for wine pairings.

Amuse Bouche:
Charcuterie Tapas: variety of Spanish cheeses, serrano ham and chorizo, olives, and peppers

1st Course:
Tapas Trio: croquettas de pollo / serrano wrapped dates with marcona almonds and valdeon blue cheese / petite tortilla espoanola

2nd Course:
Paella mixta, shrimp, mussels, and chicken

3rd Course:
Grilled iberico pork, smoked cauliflower puree, braised red cabbage, pork jus, apple mostarda

4th Course
Black garlic lamb, with smoked eggplant puree, brussel sprouts, sherry vinegar-thyme shitake mushrooms & black garlic-mustard demi glace

5th Course:
Tasting Trio of Desserts: churros with cinnamon sugar & chocolate sauce / crema catalana / olive oil cake with orange curd & white chocolate crumb
