About 14 Hands

We pick our grapes at lower sugar levels to ensure that our wine has lower alcohol content. The fruit is pressed into stainless steel tanks for primary fermentation and then secondary fermentation using the Charmat method. Adding a small amount of blueberry flavor offers the gentle perfume and tender flavors.

Suggested Food Pairings:

This sparkling wine pairs well with appetizers, sushi and very light meals.
