Talbott offers three tiers of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir – Kali Hart, Logan, and the namesake Sleepy Hollow – each of which offers a different expression of the winery’s prestigious Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Planted in 1972, Sleepy Hollow is a legendary vineyard with grapes that deliver flavor on an epic scale and provide a perfect foundation for the winemaking team. Tastings are available daily at our tasting room in the heart of the gorgeous Carmel Valley, where guests can enjoy an idyllic outdoor area complete with a picnic area and bocce court.
