8% ABV, hopped heavily with Mosaic hops and brewed with the addition of Chocolate and Kilenso Ethiopian Coffee roasted by Mudhouse coffee roasters who just received 2017 micro roasting company of the year by Roast Magazine for 2017.
Our production brewery known as the 'missile factory' produces our core and seasonal beers on a 30-barrel brewhouse, at a current operating capacity of 10,000 barrels per year. Our packaging is done in-house on a wild goose engineering 250 canning line, with a unique modification for our 24-ounce 'bomber cans.'
Our tap room brewery produces constantly changing and innovative seasonals, one-offs, and barrel-aged wild beers, often released exclusively in the tap room in 22 oz. Bottles. Our 3-barrel brewhouse at the tap room is the 'little brewery that could,' where we have been brewing since day one.
